Highlights of Experience

Sarah is a Water Resources Engineer who assists senior staff with fieldwork and environmental design related work. She works on the preparation of stream and wetland restoration plans, specifications, and cost estimates and is experienced using AutoCAD, Microstation, WinTR-55, Microsoft Office, GIS ArcMap and GIS Hydro. She performs physical stream assessments, assisting with stream restorations, evaluating stormwater management (SWM) systems and BMPs, modeling the hydrologic and hydraulic characteristics of streams, and writing technical reports. Highlights of Sarah’s experience include:

Field Studies
  • assist senior scientists in performing a wide variety of field studies including: stream restoration site searches, physical stream assessments, and evaluating drainage patterns associated with stormwater management facilities
Document Preparation
  • assists with the design and evaluation of Environmental Site Design (ESD) practices and the preparation of SWM reports, plans, specifications and cost estimates
  • assists with the general management of restoration and outfall stabilization projects for Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) reduction efforts
  • prepares GIS maps to assist with stream restoration and outfall stabilization site searches for Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) reduction efforts
  • assists with development and production of plan sets using AutoCAD/Microstation
