Senior Water Resources Engineer Katie has over 26 years of experience in water resource engineering for federal, state, local, and private projects. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. Katie has unique expertise in the areas of hydraulic and hydrologic routing, watershed modeling, floodplain modeling, stormwater management, green stormwater infrastructure, regenerative stormwater conveyances, and stream restoration. She regularly performs the hydrologic and hydraulic computations necessary for obtaining permits, including those for Stormwater Management (SWM), Erosion & Sediment (E&S) Control and wetland and stream restoration construction. Katie earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
