Water Resources Team Director Michele has over 35 years of experience in project management, environmental permitting, landscape architecture, and environmental design for federal, state, local, and private projects. She oversees CRI’s Water Resources Department and provides expert leadership and support on numerous natural resources and landscape architecture projects. She is adept at managing complex projects with multiple regulators. Michele’s credibility with clients and regulatory agencies is well-earned. Highlights of Michele’s experience includes serving as the Environmental Design Review/Permit/Mitigation Manager for the some of the largest transportation project in Maryland, such as the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, the Intercounty Connector, MD 404, Governor Nice Bridge Replacement, and Managed Lanes Study for I-495/270 projects. She is a licensed Landscape Architect in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
