Construction Management & Inspection Team Team Manager Sam Jacobson supervises the professional staff of the Construction Management & Inspection Team. As a Senior Environmental Scientist, Sam’s expertise includes environmental regulations, permit compliance and construction inspection. He has extensive experience directing, managing, and implementing construction projects including stream restorations/stabilizations, wetland creations, wetland enhancements and restorations, and stormwater management facilities. Samuel has a strong understanding of the construction processes and sequences, particularly erosion and sediment control and stormwater management, especially in environmentally sensitive areas.
