Water Resources Team Team Manager Sarah is a Professional Engineer (PE) with 10 years of experience in designing, managing, and evaluating stream and wetland restoration and stormwater management BMP projects associated with compensatory mitigation, TMDLs, aquatic organism passage, and flood remediation. In addition to assisting with managing the WRT, Sarah also has expertise in conducting and managing the hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of streams; erosion sediment control design and permitting; living shoreline design, geomorphic assessments; watershed studies; and mitigation site searches. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and Delaware. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
